Get Ready: From 4th September, your experience on BridgeU is transforming 🤩

It feels good when your hopes and wishes come true, doesn’t it? And here at BridgeU, we’ve been working in the last months to do just that - bringing all your hopes, aspirations but also expectations, together in one place when searching for your best-fit university! 

 

Arriving from 4th September 2024, your experience on BridgeU is having its biggest transformation yet! 🎉

We listened to feedback from a lot of you about your wishes on how BridgeU can help you navigate and support you throughout your university research journey. And that’s why, we’re rebuilding BridgeU from the ground up to ease your university search.

 

Is there anything I need to do on BridgeU before the new experience is launched?

You can continue to use BridgeU as normal, the new student experience does not affect how you currently use BridgeU. But if you need any of your activities which will not initially appear (such as the Strategy Advisor and Careers) when the student experience is launched, please save a copy outside of the BridgeU platform (for example, download a PDF) to have a copy until the transition has fully completed.

 

Will all my previous activity on BridgeU still be available?

We got you covered! All your main activities such as completion of self-assessments, your university Shortlist and Application list will all still be available to continue finding and applying to your ideal university when you use the new experience. There will be some other details that you may not see immediately, such as your experiences on the Strategy Advisor which will be populated at a later stage (and heads up, this is also getting a revamp!), Careers or receiving messages and notifications via email only for the latest activity.

 

I’m excited to use the new experience! When am I going to see these new changes?

We’re excited as much as you are! We're looking forward to launching the new experience for you to enjoy soon! Our team is working hard to complete the new developments which everyone will be able to access in September 2024.

 

What link will I be able to use to login to BridgeU?

The link you use to login to BridgeU is not changing, so you can still  login by visiting our main website https://app.bridge-u.com/ or https://app.bridge-u.com.cn/ if you’re based in Mainland China. 

 

What happens if I have any questions -  Who can I contact?

When the new experience is available to you, and if you have any feedback that can help you or other students, please share it with us by submitting a feedback form. You can find the feedback form at two locations: the footer section, bottom-right hand side of the BridgeU platform, or by clicking on your Account (top-right hand corner), and navigate to Feedback.
