If you need to make changes to a student's email address, follow the steps below!
How to edit a student email address
Step 1: Click Students on the left side menu.
Step 2: Find your student in the students' list.
Step 3: Click the more menu icon to the right of the student name, then click Edit student.
Step 4: Change the email address information
Step 5: Click Edit Student.
Step 6: The student will receive an email to confirm the new address. The changes are only finalised once this is done.
Tip: Users can also edit their own email address in their profile, by clicking on their name or profile picture in the top right-hand corner. After changing their own email address, users should log out first and then check their inbox for a confirmation instruction email to verify their new email address.
Note: Users created via Managebac will not be able to edit their email addresses in BridgeU: You must change their email address in ManageBac and contact hi@bridge-u.com to re-sync the new data.
