Once you have sent the required documents for your students via Parchment, you can track the status of these documents so you know when they have been successfully sent and received by the Universities or Colleges.
Sometimes, Universities and Colleges are unable to locate some of the documents sent via Parchment, so may directly contact your students or the Counsellor to advise which document is missing. In these cases, you will need to give the University or College the document Parchment ID number, so they can locate it in their system.
There are two ways to find this information:
Option 1: Impersonate your student to view their applications. You can learn more about how students track their documents sent via Parchment.
Option 2: You will be able to locate Parchment ID by going to the Students' Document Sending page. From this page, you can click on the document bubbles in green where an info bubble will appear and it will show the Parchment ID for that particular document you’ve selected.
To learn more about tracking information about specific documents sent via Parchment, you can visit this link here and search using the relevant document's Parchment ID. This will contain the date the document was downloaded by the University or College.
If a University or College cannot locate a document that was successfully sent and downloaded, you can take a screenshot of this page and send it to the University or College, along with the Parchment ID, to help them locate it in their systems.
