Once you have sent your applications to Universities or Colleges, some require supporting documents to be sent by your counsellor/school. You can track the status of these documents so you know when they have been sent by the school, and received by the universities.
Sometimes Universities or Colleges can't find all of your documents, so they may contact you to let you know what is missing. In these cases, you will need to give the university the document Parchment ID number, so they can find it in their systems.
This information can be found by first heading to the Applications page and searching for the relevant University or College:
In the middle, you will see which documents have been sent, and note the Parchment ID number by clicking on Check status. Click History for the exact time and date stamp of when it was sent and delivered.
