Connect - Publishing my School's Availability

In order for Universities to know when is the best time to book in a visit with your school you must make sure that you follow these steps:


Step 1: When you are logged into your BridgeU account, navigate to the School Settings tab and then click on University Connect Availability. You should see that "Enable universities to send visit requests" should already be switched on.



Step 2: To make universities aware of your availability for them to visit, click on the button to Add Slot. 


Step 3: A pop up will appear giving you the options to choose days, times, repetitiveness and a visit description detailing what type of visit you wish to allow the university to make.



Step 4: The calendar will then populate with all of the available slots you have made available.
