Who will contact me about my application?

The university you applied to will contact you directly and provide you with further information such as the next steps. We recommend at this stage to ensure the university’s email address is flagged as not spam into your inbox.

Why are only some courses available to apply to?

We are growing the number of universities available to choose from, specifically focusing on courses in which application through Common App or UCAS is not available. We streamlined the process by making these applications available through the BridgeU Apply route, all viewable in one place.

There is an error in the application I submitted - what can I do?

The university will be in touch after you apply. If you’d like to contact the university directly, you can also find their email address on the Next Steps page, you can access this from the Applications page.

I no longer want to use BridgeU Apply as my application route. How do I change this?

Visit the Applications page, then click on Edit for the course you would like to change the route. It will open a window with the application deadlines and routes, change it to your preferred route, and click Save. We will save these details for you in case you change your mind, but if you don’t want us to, send us a message at .


You will not be able to use this option if the application has already been sent to the university.
